Optical coordinate dimension measurement on molded filter housings, continuous ultrasonic weld hermeticity check, and automated membrane adhesive width scanning.
FQC: 100% Inline Pressure Test
Dual test bench: 1,500V electrical isolation test followed by 1.2 MPa (174 PSI) water tightness testing for every RO system before drying and packaging.
OQC: Dispatch & Drop Test
ISTA 1A carton vibration and drop testing, pallet strapping integrity audit, barcode scan reconciliation, and HD photo/video container stuffing report.
